As a Real Estate Virtual Assistant, you will provide remote administrative and operational support to real estate professionals and agencies. Your role will involve handling various tasks to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance client satisfaction.

Administrative Support:
Manage and organize real estate databases, including client information, property listings, and contacts.
Handle email and calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.

Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations for real estate transactions.
Assist with paperwork and documentation, including contracts, leases, and agreements.


Marketing and Advertising:
Create and update property listings on real estate websites, ensuring accurate information and appealing descriptions.
Manage social media accounts and online presence for real estate professionals, promoting listings and engaging with potential clients.


Conduct online research to gather market data, competitor analysis, and industry trends for marketing purposes.
Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and online advertisements.


Client Support:
Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing information, addressing concerns, and resolving issues.
Coordinate property showings and open houses, maintaining a schedule and ensuring smooth operations.

Follow up with clients and prospective buyers or sellers to provide updates and gather feedback.
Maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and a customer-centric approach.


Transaction Coordination:
Assist in managing real estate transactions, coordinating with buyers, sellers, lenders, and other parties involved.
Ensure all necessary documentation and paperwork are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Liaise with escrow officers, inspectors, appraisers, and other professionals to facilitate a smooth transaction process.
Track and update transaction progress, keeping all parties informed throughout the process.

 

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience as a real estate assistant or in a similar administrative role is highly preferred.

Proficiency in real estate software and tools, such as MLS (Multiple Listing Service) systems and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.

Strong organizational
skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in handling documentation and data entry.

Familiarity with marketing techniques and social media platforms.

Basic knowledge of real estate terminology, contracts, and legal processes.

Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Reliable internet connection and own device (computer or laptop) to perform job duties.

Availability to work during regular business hours and occasional flexibility to accommodate client needs.
