SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for effectively managing social media platforms and campaigns on behalf of our clients. This remote position requires a dedicated individual with excellent communication skills, a creative mindset, and a passion for social media marketing. You will play a crucial role in building and enhancing our clients' online presence while maintaining brand consistency and engaging with their target audience

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple clients, including content creation, scheduling, and optimization across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).

Create engaging and shareable content (text, image, video) that aligns with each client's brand guidelines and target audience.

Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly, and engage with followers to foster positive interactions and build brand loyalty.

Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience preferences to enhance social media strategies and stay ahead of the curve.

Analyze social media metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to improve performance and inform future content strategies.

Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives, ensuring social media efforts align with their overall marketing strategies.

Stay up to date with the latest social media platforms, tools, and best practices, and recommend innovative ideas to drive engagement and maximize reach.

 

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and content creation.

Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).

In-depth understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends, along with the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content tailored to different target audiences.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask, managing multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, coupled with a proactive attitude and a passion for staying updated on social media marketing advancements.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and basic photo and video editing skills are a plus.

REQUIREMENTS

Reliable high-speed internet connection and a personal computer or laptop.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.

Availability for virtual meetings and occasional flexible working hours to accommodate clients' needs.
